Please take a printed copy of VELTRA voucher to the Royal Mews, Entrance at the indicated time, and they will issue your with a ticket for the Palace.

Restrictions
- Wheelchairs are permitted provided it's compatible with the lifts in Buckingham Palace. The lifts measure 148 cm in depth by 94 cm in width with a weight limit of 500 kg and 160 cm in depth by 94cm in width with a weight limit of 750 kg.
Additional Notes
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the admission time.
- There will be a security check at the entrance.
- For safety reasons, pushchairs cannot be taken into the State Rooms. They must be checked in and reclaimed at the exit. Baby carriers and hip seats can be borrowed free of charge, subject to availability.
